Containing over 1,500 works by more than 200 artists, dating from the 1990s to the present day, the Collection embodies a variety of formal and conceptual approaches in all mediums–ranging from painting, sculpture, photography, and works on paper, to installation, performance, film, and digital work. Set in the backdrop of an iconic and historical Los Angeles Freemason lodge, the building itself is a marvel of mystery. Artifacts left behind are also on view in the preserved and renovated Masonic Library.

Opened in 2020, the site comprises two houses separated by a vast parking lot. It comprises 'The Big House' on two floors, the ground floor for the women's collections and the second floor for the men. 'The Little House' is a place to exhibit works by artists, designers, and craftspeople whose work has impressed Dries Van Noten.
