What started as a backyard project has become a midcentury cafe at the end of Malibu’s famous pier. Serving up farm-to-table cuisine, Founder and Chef Helene Henderson taught cooking classes and hosted farm dinners from her backyard until she opened her first locally-owned small business in 2008. From there, she only expanded her selection of free-range meats and simply prepared meals, skipping out on the “secret ingredients” everyone hopes to avoid in their diet. From Swedish pancakes to quinoa oatmeal to cauliflower flatbread and grass-fed burgers, there are delectable and homecooked meals for everyone to indulge in while enjoying the incredible views and ocean breeze.
