You still have access to American Beauty's bar and extensive wine list, but it's now paired with an amazing cheap burger.

SoCal is the land of the smash burger, and no one does it like Heavy Handed. Ground short rib, grilled onions, and a sweet but tangy sauce all combine to reach a level of "holy s***, this is insanely good!". It's the perfect location right on Santa Monica's Main Street, and the all-outdoor seating is always nice because the weather in Santa Monica is always nice. Burgers can be ordered with beef tallow fries and an extensive beer list. It's a rare in-between between fast food and gourmet burgers.
