Ground short rib, grilled onions, and a sweet but tangy sauce all combine to reach a level of "holy s***, this is insanely good!". It's the perfect location right on Santa Monica's Main Street, and the all-outdoor seating is always nice because the weather in Santa Monica is always nice. Burgers can be ordered with beef tallow fries and an extensive beer list. It's a rare in-between between fast food and gourmet burgers.
