The menu is meticulously crafted and served, creating multiple courses of unmatched elegance that embody life in its purest form through carefully selected ingredients harvested right from the source. Each dish is nothing short of magic, and their three unique beverage pairings, including a non-alcoholic option, perfectly pair with the meal.
Vespertine has won multiple awards, including two Michelin Stars, was named one of the Most Beautiful Restaurants by Condé Nast, was one of the World's 100 Greatest Places according to Time Magazine, and won Atmosphere of the Year at the World Restaurant Awards.
The meal takes around 180 minutes to complete, and they only allow flash-free photography so that other diners are not distracted from the experience.

Reservations must be made in advance and note that there is only one four-top table in the restaurant and all other tables are for two max. There are two seatings per night for a two top but only one for the four top. You can usually snag a last-minute two-top a few days in advance but the larger table with the longer time slot is coveted and harder to acquire. Calling or emailing for availability is recommended. They offer valet parking, but we recommend getting a rideshare to enjoy this culinary experience to the fullest.
