Why You’ll Love It
In 2002, fate led Elisabeth Pruiett and Chad Robertson to a local baker who, while not quite ready to see the neighborhood lose its beloved corner bakery, was ready to retire. They took over with a mission to bring bread with an old soul to Los Angeles. They pride themselves on using flour that retains much, if not all, of its original germ, oils, and bran, working closely with farmers to ensure the highest quality ingredients. The bakery's minimalist design is both snug and pleasant, with natural light pouring in, creating a serene atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a coffee alongside some of their signature bread, giving you a moment of peace in the loud city.
