One star MICHELIN rated four years in a row and highly regarded as one of the best in the city, their dining adventure features a 12-course tasting menu with international wine pairings, each dish being inspired by the flavors of the city and the techniques of Italy. However, this does not mean they haven’t branched out from tradition. You can expect to find unique creations such as ravioli filled with ricotta and Wagyu, dry-aged duck breast, and gelato featuring geranium, strawberry, and pink peppercorn. Such creations are limited and changed over time, so expect to see a refreshed menu almost every visit.
