Created by James Beard Award-winning chef and two-time Steve Harvey Hoodie Award Winner Kevin Bludso, this restaurant offers a multi-generational style of cooking that can't be duplicated. Born and raised in Compton, Kevin learned the art of cooking from his Grandma in Texas, where he spent his Summers working over a hot grill at her BBQ stand. His successful walk-up solo endeavor in LA has expanded to multiple locations, and he's even earned a spot on both Bar Rescue and the Netflix show The American BBQ Showdown as a judge.
