- Self-parking is available in the red parking, scarlet parking, or gray parking lots, as well as in the self-parking garage off Tropicana Ave.
- Rideshare drop-off and pick-up are located near the main entrance of Thomas & Mack and on the north side of the Tropicana self-parking garage.
- For faster entry, please avoid bringing a laptop, tablet, or bag. Small bags or purses under 8” x 11” or plastic/PVC bags under 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed. Bag check is not available at this venue.
- They no longer accept cash as a form of payment, so be sure to bring credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
- Tickets are purchased directly through UNLV tickets. Note that they only accept FDIC Bank Insured Credit and Debit Cards. Their ticketing system will not accept mobile payments, so services and Capital One cards are accepted at their Box Office only.
