Located inside the Bellagio's Conservatory &amp; Botanical Gardens, this stunning space is one of the most unique and classy eateries for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. The floral garden themed spot is refreshing, adorable, and oh so delicious.

I suggest making a reservation in advance and requesting to be seated in any of their locations with a great view if it is available. Before or after dining would be an ideal time to explore the conservatory, the Bellagio Fountains, or the Bellagio shops for a little retail therapy.

They have a special garden table brunch experience that can be reserved; available 9 am-2 pm daily. Order the classic eggs Benedict or if you’re going with a group get the Sadelle’s Tower! Reservations are recommended for busy weekends; however, they do take walk-ins with the expectation of a wait. Take some time to explore the Conservatory; there are so many great photo opportunities here!

This is one of my favorite brunch spots on the Strip. The view of the Bellagio Conservatory is excellent and unique, and so are the french doors aligning the Bellagio gardens. The Sadelle's Tower is my favorite, it's got an array of smoked Scottish salmon, house-made bagels, and all the fixings. They've always got a great selection of chilled oysters and bubbly to go with it. It's perfect for a fancy brunch with the girls or families with kids of all ages.
