This is Boulder City's first attempt at nailing mixology and craft cocktails, and so far, they're knocking it out of the park. There's a careful attention to herbs and the flavor profiles they create when combined with both past and present spirits. Try one of their historic cocktails, like the Tuxedo, which became popular in New York City during the 1800s. Heads up, if you come during the weekend for the live music, it can get really, really loud since it's a small space.
