Wynn's brand new limited-run dining experience Safta 1964 is officially open Thursdays - Sundays for dinner inside Jardin. Led by the dynamic celebrity duo of award-winning Chef Alon Shaya and his wife, restauranteur Emily Shaya, this dining concept aims to bring the Michelin-recognized, Mediterranean-style cuisine of their Denver location to the Las Vegas Strip while also creating some Sin City exclusive fare.

Chef Alon Shaya is a James Beard-christened powerhouse with a lot of promise for the Vegas dining scene. The Israeli-American chef is a Four Seasons favorite, opening the new NOLA hotel to much fanfare with Miss River and Chandelier Bar. This is his first splash in the Vegas market, but he also owns Saba in New Orleans and Safta in Denver, and we can't wait to see how he shakes things up. Park at the Wynn parking garage.
