This new delicious dining spot pays homage to the spice-filled markets and bazaars of the Mediterranean through new twists on timeless dishes and innovative culinary techniques that only Michael Mina and his expert team can execute.
The dining room is adorned with beautiful tilework in creams, dusty blues, and terra cotta oranges that offer an elevated homage to the street markets of cities like Cairo and Morocco.
At the heart of Orla is The Spicebox, a perfectly curated selection of spices that showcase the vibrant flavors and rich history of The Mediterranean Spice Trail. This ancient roadway was a major part of the legendary Silk Road, a vast network of trade routes connecting the East and West.
The à la carte dinner menu is served family-style with hot and cold mezze, charcoal-grilled meats, and a fabulous selection of seafood as the focal point of the menu. Orla's three-course prix fixe tasting menu features recipes directly from Michael Mina's cookbook, "My Egypt," which are elevated versions of the chef's favorite dishes from his childhood. Guests can also delight in multiple tableside presentations that include the bread service to begin your meal and the frozen Greek yogurt dessert to finish it off. The wine list is vast, with a great selection of aged wines and a focus on Mediterranean regions that pair seamlessly with every unforgettable course.
