They are famous for the spicy Rigatoni, Veal Parmesan, and Lobster Fra Diavolo. Trust me, I know you’ll want to, but don’t fill up on the bread basket! Make dinner reservations in advance; this is one of the most difficult reservations to get hands down.

The wine selection is excellent, but I would recommend ordering wines by the glass so you can have them paired with each of your courses. Always order the oysters, they have a house-made mignonette that really brings out the brininess. I also love the charred octopus and you should never leave Carbone without having their spicy rigatoni. This place is perfect for date night or a special occasion.

It's probably one of the best restaurants in the city! Great service and the tableside presentation is so classic. Order the Caesar salad that's prepared in front of you or the spicy rigatoni.
