By 1980, it had found its current home, where live music has been at its heart ever since. In 2016, the club’s reputation was solidified with a series of prestigious accolades, including the Chicago Reader's Best Blues Club award, the Chicago Music Awards Most Popular Blues Club award (for the second consecutive year), the Torch Bearer of Blues in Chicago Award, a Chicago Concierge Favorites Award, and a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.
