The restaurant interior features massive 40-foot windows with panoramic views of Downtown Chicago and a distinctly geometric, art deco-esque style with circular iron chandeliers and panes of frosted glass that perfectly complement the towering skyscrapers outside. The menu keeps to the traditions of Italian cooking with handmade pasta, wood-fire cooking, and dry-aged steaks, bistecca in Italian, simply seasoned with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. For a less formal dining experience, Tre Dita in the St. Regis Hotel also has a fabulous bar that offers a selection of favorites from the full dinner menu alongside a variety of signature Italian-focused cocktails, St. Regis classics, and a small but mighty wine list. For guests with a specific drink in mind, they'll want to ask the bartender about Tre Dita's collection of over 400 spirits from around the world.

Chef Evan Funke brings his version of a Roman steakhouse on steroids to the Midwest. If you are somehow lucky enough to snag a reservation - come hungry. Reservations for Tre Dita open a week in advance at midnight, so if you want dinner between 4pm and 9pm, you'll have to book right when it opens up. The seating at Bar Tre Dita is first come, first serve, with a limited menu that still includes many of Tre Dita's most beloved dishes.
