The plates are meant to be shared. Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos and Little French Dips with Gruyere cheese are the perfect start. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Dumplings are my favorite! They're served on individual spoons, and I guarantee the table will be fighting over who gets the last one! My second favorite dish is the lamb chops with a port wine glaze. Upon arriving, you have to check out the pawn shop attached to Beauty & Essex. In the back of the pawn shop is a door that blends in, where you enter the restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended in advance. Try to get there early so you can stop at the Pearl Lounge for a cocktail before your dinner reservation.

Some of the best views of Las Vegas can be seen here! They have a resident DJ spinning easygoing tunes and eclectic beats on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm-1 pm. Light bites and shareables are available until 10:30 pm. Head here with your colleagues or solo for a fun vibe after a day of meetings! They do take reservations, and I highly suggest making them.

Request a table near the stage or have a seat at the bar in the main dining room to be a part of all the action! Stop in the bubble bar when you enter for a cocktail before making your way to the decadent dining room. They are strict on no photos, so snap at your own risk, and no children under 12 are allowed. After 7 pm, it's 21+ only.

One of the most beautiful hidden lounges to enjoy a cocktail in Baccarat after a day of designer shopping! Any specialty cocktail is going to be like nothing you’ve tried before! The crystal glass your cocktail gets served in can be purchased and the attention to detail is on point! Order the Lady B or order the B experience and they will creatw a cocktail just for you!

Reservations can ONLY be made online. They do not have a phone number you can call. Set your calendar to 30 days in advance and be sure to book right away! There are a couple things you must order if you are dining for the first time. The bread basket, but be careful to fill up on this, the spicy rigatoni, and the veal parmesan. Take lots of photos both indoors and out. Stop at the bar for a photo op too if there’s room!

This is one of the best deals in all of Miami at an upscale restaurant. They have an award-winning wine list and sommelier so be sure to ask about a great pairing before ordering. And an extra tip.....they have a wine club you sign up for and have it delivered to your door! Make reservations well in advance, they fill up weeks ahead of time.

I recommend dining at the bar for lunch or dinner, and you can order desserts at Milkbar next door while you eat here!

The number eight is incorporated throughout the 7,000-square-foot space, which is divided into eight rooms, plus eight sections divide the custom-built humidor. The space is well-ventilated, but they also have an outdoor patio that is great all year with misters and heaters! This is a fun environment after a long day at a convention. Use the Loop tunnel to Resorts World from the convention center for quick access. The bartenders here double as cigar sommeliers!

This is going to be the most lively, upbeat, fun, and loud weekend brunch I recommend, so plan accordingly! The space is an indoor/outdoor spot where guests are dressed for brunch, and some are dressed for the pool! The mezze platter is the perfect choice for a group and the Soppressata Pizza and Vodka Pasta are my top entrée choices! They offer bottomless Rosé 7 days a week.

Reservations aren’t needed, and the location is a quick ride from the Strip. If your party is larger, they can cater to private VIP events, but you do need to book those in advance. Since it’s Vegas, I do have to mention there is no drinking before or during the experience, and they are very strict with this policy. Wet Republic is one of the most well-known pool parties in town, complete with endless DJs. It's a dress-to-impress kind of pool party, so put on your best bikini and fancy sandals! They only allow swimwear with NO athletic apparel, jeans, sweats, or baggy swim attire. Monday and Thursday are the most low-key. I would recommend Saturday for the full experience. Check the calendar if you are interested in specific DJs, and always get a cabana or tickets ahead of time. Even with tickets and reservations, you'll want to arrive early, and you can check your bag at the entrance for a fee if you don't want to carry it around with you.

Drivers must have a valid license, be 18+, and wear closed-toe footwear. All guests must go through a technical briefing class before driving, where you go on a two-lap drive with a pro to learn the track before racing! Bring friends and family, even if they don’t want to participate, they can take videos and photos of your drive from the viewing area! Add to your experience with the drifting ride-along experience where a professional drift racer does high-speed donuts in a Charger Hellcat or a Porsche 911 GT3! Combining this with Seven Magic Mountains and/or The Lion Habitat would make for the perfect day because they're just a few miles away.

A hammam is a centuries-old practice of purification, also known as a Turkish bath. The special thing about the Sahra Spa and Hammam is the Hammam experience. I will forever recommend this to anyone who will listen. If you have a group of people, ask about the Sahra Suite. It's a private space where all genders can relax together. There are no gender-neutral spa areas on The Strip, so having a private suite is a great option for groups. Get there early to enjoy the rain showers, steam room, sauna, and cool mist room.

Visitation hours are from sunrise to sunset, and the walking path is unpaved, so wear proper footwear and outdoor clothing. Renting a car or hiring a private car is best, as this is not an area where rideshare is readily available. If you attempt to rideshare, set it up where they wait for your return. This attraction pairs well with the Lion Habitat nearby.

Go as early as possible, especially in the summer, because when the weather is nice, they offer a Behind-the-Scenes tour that starts at 8:30 am. You'll be able to shadow the lion tamers and feed Ozzie the Giraffe! They are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but always check the website for updates before going. Buy tickets ahead of time and sign the waivers online. They close for rain, so always call ahead. Keep your eyes out the windows on the drive there to see the Raiders practice stadium, and pair this with Seven Magic Mountains since they're so close!
