For the best experience, sit at the Pasta Bar. You do not need a reservation, and it's first come, first serve for the seat. This experience is unique because you get to see the chefs working behind the counter. I recommend starting with the homemade focaccia that's made fresh daily and ordering a few pastas for your group so that you can try all the delicious flavors. Ask for Gina, the general manager. She was very friendly and had some great recommendations. She also explained how the vision of this new restaurant came to life.

Step back to the jazz era with the Delilah Supper Club inside the Wynn. This fine dining restaurant harkens back to the classic supper clubs of the 1950s with glitzy decor, live music, and multiple environments for guests to dine, socialize, and enjoy the live music.

This is a self-pour concept, so how it works is when you arrive, put your card down with the server in exchange for a Tap Card that charges you by the ounce. I recommend trying a swig first before you commit to it! If this is your first time, don't worry! Just ask your server for a rundown of the beers, and they'll answer any questions. They have a menu of bar appetizers. I recommend the pretzel, which is huge and delicious. Don't miss their Tuesday trivia nights for those who want to have a great night out with friends and family.

At Kassi Beach House, every day is summer vacation. Enjoy the carefree atmosphere filled with golden light, DJ lineups, and poolside seating, where you can enjoy authentic Italian coastal cuisine paired with a refreshing drink menu. We can almost feel the ocean breeze.

Make a reservation at least a week in advance. You can make them online, but I recommend calling so they can accommodate you best. They offer complimentary transportation to and from your hotel, so give them a call either way to set it up! Ask for Stephen as your server- he has worked there for 11 years and created the Sangria recipe. Be sure to ask for the specials, like their Monday Night Wine, which is 50% off. There is no dress code, but a lot of people celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, etc, so dress for an occasion!

Esther's Kitchen has a seasonal menu, so make sure to ask your server what they recommend on the new menu. The house made sourdough bread is a must along with three different dips. The ricotta is delicious, but you can’t go wrong with any of them. After you enjoy a nice dinner at Esthers be sure to explore the fun environment in the Arts district. There are a few small bars, and you are just a quick uber or drive away from Fremont street.

The ambiance is dark and old Vegas in style, which is a great environment for date night, and although this is a steakhouse, it doesn’t mean you have to dress to the nines! The drink menu goes by year and era, so ask your server to walk you through the cocktail menu, as there are things you do not want to miss. It may sound basic, but their Caesar salad is to die for, and the Cacio e Pepe is very flavorful and 50% off. Ask for Juan. He did a great job explaining all the menu items and specials, and his recommendations were amazing! Be sure to make a reservation because they get booked very quickly. However, if you cannot get a reservation, walk in and get a few cocktails at the bar. At 5 pm, a line will start to form outside the restaurant for walk-ins and bar seats. It is always busy but a fun Vegas environment.

The ambiance feels like eating at your grandma's house, so there's no dress code! The service is amazing, and they are extremely accommodating. The portions are quite large, and you will have leftovers, so you may want to order family-style! On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, they have a wine special for select wines- be sure to ask your server. There is a small parking lot next to the restaurant, and it is very close to downtown and the art district, so be sure to check those out.

Stop by The Sundry Food Hall in the center of Uncommons, which offers a variety of food vendors ranging from chicken tenders to Italian and Asian cuisine. Check their website for pop-up events like holiday activities, farmers markets on select Sundays, watch parties, etc. For a unique activity great for dates or girls' night, check out Speakeasy Candles, a cocktail and candle-making class where a mixologist serves you two cocktails during your 1.5-hour time slot. Once you are done shopping, grab a sandwich at All’Antico Vinaio or Boba tea at Teaspoon.
