This restaurant has been winning awards for 12+ years so it is a MUST visit! My favorite dishes here are Mi Favorito y Lo Dice Juan (basil linguine pasta with steak), Risotto y Lomo Saltado (risotto with a Peruvian style sauce), and Pulpo Herradura (for the octopus lovers). If your kids aren’t too picky, I suggest ordering a couple of plates and sharing. Otherwise, they do have a kids menu available! For the Aventura location, you will find the restaurant in the outside portion of Aventura Mall. There is plenty of parking or valet is an option.

This location has 26 vendors, making it the ideal spot for a family with many different cravings! There are QR codes at the table if you don’t want to walk around and order at each location. You will receive a text when your food is ready. Check out Michy’s Chicken for their popular fried chicken by James Beard Award Winner Michelle Bernstein, and don't miss Osso for barbecue by top-ranking Latin American chef, Renzo Garibaldi. Parents will also find a wine bar, a beer market, and a speakeasy-style bar. Check out the rooftop for some city views! This place can get very packed. I suggest finding a table first to ensure you have a spot to eat at. Parking can be hectic in the area, but there is street parking and garages. Look out for prices, as some places will charge for the day only. I suggest taking the mover or rideshare. This is a hidden gem with a Parisian vibe right in Miami! Parking is limited in the Downtown area so plan ahead by parking for the museum and taking the mover which has a stop near both Café Bastille and the Frost Museum. Consider making reservations ahead of time as they are always packed!

I recommend sharing a pizza as a starter if kids are ok with it! The plates are massive, so I definitely recommend sharing. Reservations are highly recommended as they tend to get fully booked on the weekends. I suggest ride share as it can be impossible to find parking most days.

Here you can please everyone with sushi, pasta, taco, burgers and more foodie options! I typically enjoy buying dishes from different places with my friends and sharing that way we get to try more! Great spot for your foodie shots. For authentic sushi lovers, check out the omakase experience at Sushi Yasu Tanaka. The sushi is always fresh and they are on the Michelin Guide. First come first serve only. This could also be a quick stop for coffee and pastries after Contessa or shopping.

Dinner time can turn into a party and the music gets louder throughout the night! The outside dock is where most of the partying happens. Just keep in mind the humidity! Some of my top dishes are the Lobster Risotto, Short-Rib Pappardelle, and Croquettes. Keep your phone readily available as there are quite a few photo opps and many celebrities visit!

Head on over to Dante’s after Uchi if you feel like continuing with some cocktails and music. It is Miam’s first vinyl listening bar and the vibes are right! Your maps may take you to the back end of the building so just follow the music. It is a very small spot, but you can sometimes snag a seat or a lot of people stay standing too. Instead of potentially waiting in line, make a reservation on Tock to get a seat at the bar. Your ticket price goes towards you tab!

I do not suggest driving here as valet can be expensive and street parking is limited. Use ride share.

While waiting for your table to be ready, you can enjoy a drink at the bar. As an Espresso Martini lover, I can say theirs is 10/10. The Faena Whisper is my next favorite! I suggest ordering plates to share, such as the Parillada which includes several meats, seafood, and sweet potato. If you’re visiting during August or September, you can also ask for their Miami Spice 3-course menu during Lunch ($35) or dinner ($60). Recommended for a celebration weekend for its high-end and unique atmosphere that will take the group to the next vibe! When making reservations request indoor seating to enjoy the vibrant and energetic ambiance where they also have live music.

If you enjoy street art, check out the giant murals of Wynwood Walls that have attracted many famous artists. Here you will find many local boutiques, designer showrooms, and eclectic souvenir shops. For sit-down lunch options, check out Le Chick, The Oasis, or Beaker and Gray. Le Chick is famous for their upscale fried chicken and burgers. An outdoor venue that offers multiple food vendors is The Oasis. You'll find an Omakase experience, New York pizza, and Mexican street food. For the foodies, check out Smorgasburg Miami. The largest outdoor market offering the best food trucks in Miami that occurs every weekend! There is plenty of street parking, but weekends can get chaotic. When in Wynwood, it is easy to walk everywhere.
